The Belly View Cafe and TCC [21 September 2013]

I'm back guys! And this week's discovery is something different! Good view but the food is just so-so. Its located at the end of Changi and every 20 mins you can see planes flying over your heads! As it's the end of Changi, this restaurant has a beautiful coastal view. No service charge and GST , furthermore, free parking ! Only way in is either by car or shuttle bus services provided at Tanah Merah MRT! Service here was really poor ! Had to wait for our drinks to be served for around 30mins or so? It's Zhi Char food this time round, all the chinese food! The wind is really strong there so remember to bring a cap or hairband along (for girls!)

Opening hours : 11am-10pm Daily

Assam Fish Head, one of their signature dishes ! The sauce wasn't bad, just abit sour !
Kang Kong ! My fav (:
Their own homemade Tofu Basket ! This is really good, must try !
                                                                 Braised Lamb Meat
Dua Tao Clams! As you can see.. its like the shells only lorh! Without the meat!
Cereal Prawns! The cereal prawns here not very oily! Just nice!

Baby Squid , this wasn't good. (strong taste of the sea!><)

As the belly view cafe was just 7minutes away from the airport, and we weren't full, we headed down to      TCC for some supper ! As we had 11pax, there were no tables and we had to sit seperately ):

Nachos with Cheese Dip and Tomato Salsa, maybe because it was quite late already and the sauce wasn't enough, as it was quite diluted and the tomato salsa is a BOO.
Ham and Cheese with Avocado Sandwich ! Love this!
Shrooms Bite! We ordered like 3 plates of it! Really good sia! The mushrooms bits inside together with the cream is like mmmm~
Devil's Chocolate Cake, the cake is just soso like normal ones.
                                                            Chocolate of Wealth
                                                                Azuki Coffee Cooler
                                           Iced Latte Mocha

I would to thank my viewers for supporting me because i have reached more than 300 views! A big thank you !^^ I think i will be hiatus soon because Olevels is just a month away so.. do stay tune k! (:

The King Louis [14 September 2013]

Hey peeps! It's been a long time since I last blogged about FOOD! Today I'm going to update my blog about a restaurant named , The King Louis ! Which is located at the top of Vivocity (: It's a castle looking restaurant which has a really pretty exterior and a cozy interior too. And yes, it is Western food ><

The King Louis
Vivocity #03-07A
Open daily : Sunday-Thursday 12pm-10pm
Friday-Saturday and eve of PH 12pm-11pm

It's the only King Louis in Singapore and to me , the western food here is reasonable for it's price and the seasoning of the meat is really good! And so , I went there on a Friday and they have this Lunch time express menu from 12pm-2pm and it's really worth it because the portion that they serve is really quite big and satisfying. I suggest you to dine here rather than Jack's Place because firstly, Jack's place food portion is much smaller and the standard of the food has dropped! (Not to mention that the food there is costly for it's standards.)

Their own freshly cooked mushroom soup and it's really fresh and nice because it's not like any other restaurants which uses canned soup, you can chew on the mushroom bits and it is not too creamy. The garlic bread also comes with the soup!
I really like this dish ! Its called  The King Louis Signature BBQ Baby Back Ribs( Half)$17.50++  ! The meat is really tender and I totally love this dish because the sauce is not too sweet and the amount of meat is also just right. Really must try this when you come here, haha since it's a signature dish yeah (: Thumbs up! $17.50++

Beer Battered Fish and Chips (Carlsberg)$14.50++ ! No worries, you wouldn't get drunk from eating this yummy looking fish ! Because it's beer battered.. it taste a little bit saltish and its really crispy. As you can see from the picture, look at the golden brown colour *.* HAHA! Inside, the fish meat is not dry and still has the juice. OOSH, great dish anyways haha!
Roasted Australian Beef, $18.50++  I'm sorry that I can't describe to you how this taste like cause I don't eat beef and it was ordered by my dad! It's medium rare, and he says that the beef is tender even though it's quite a thick slice and the seasoning good.
Char Grilled Lamb Fillet $22.90 Have got to say that this is a value for money, totally worth it ! The amount of lamb meat they provide, really generously! The meat was well handled, it wasn't tough to bite and the sauce blends very with the meat. Can u see the cute potato over there ? :> sooo much better than fries! Got to try this when u come over! And this is from the Ala carte menu, not the lunch set (:

And lastly, the set comes with coconut ice creammmm ~~

The restaurant has three platforms, this is top platform, they have a small stage at the side where there will be live band performances to enjoy while dining.
The second and third platform, facing the beautiful view of Sentosa!

Good food, great view, big portion, just to let you know, we order 2 fish and chips, the lamb, bbq back ribs and the beef (5 dishes) and it cost us only $103 !! Isn't it totally a value of money? :O HAHA definitely will come back here for more :D Hmmm, It wasn't that hot that day so we decided to head down to Sentosa haha! Alright! Signing off! Good bye guys! :)

Todai Buffet [31 August 2013]

Hello Viewers ! HEHE, finally its the weekends ! Which means, time for food hunting ! This week's food hunt is Todai @ Marina Bay Sands! I apologize for not taking many pictures because I was busy eating :P Who can resist such good food ! Especially when the price is...$$$$ ! Just eat till you get really full ! Todai is a restaurant opened by a Korean company, so all the chefs are Koreans. The food served there are really great and value for money ! They have Alaska Snow Crab Legs, Oysters, Abalone Ginseng Soup (August Special), Lamp chops, and many many many many more! That's why I didn't take all because there were too much. They have different stations such as : Korean, Italy, Japanese, Seafood, Deep Fried, Local and .. one more I forgot! There's also a wall displaying a lot of Kpop celebrities authentic autographs! Their desserts are really thumbs up ( no kidding, really good !)  The food are all served hot and fresh, the spaghettis, noodles are cooked on the spot when once you order. They have this really cool miso soup dispenser machine! If you are looking for a good buffet, this is a good place to satisfy your hunger ! But it gets really crowded during the weekends !
